摘 要:为应对气候变化,2020年9月,中国在第75届联合国大会提出2030年前碳达峰、2060年前碳中和的双目标。物流作为能源消耗量较大的行业,低碳物流日益受到国家以及企业的重视。文章以山西省低碳物流发展情况为例,通过构建影响山西省低碳物流产业发展的指标体系,找出主要影响因素。并选取了2008—2019年相关指标数据,运用灰色关联分析法对影响山西省低碳物流产业发展的主要因素进行量化分析。根据各个因素与山西省低碳物流产业发展的灰色关联度大小,对山西省低碳物流产业的发展提出了一些建议:加大物流业信息技术水平投入,加速物流行业的智慧化与自动化;优化货物运输,降低能耗;合理提高物流业产值比重,树立绿色物流发展理念;加大生态环境建设和生态保护等。To address the climate change,In September 2020 at the 75th Session of the United Nations General Assembly,China proposed the dual goals of carbon peak by 2030 and carbon neutral by 2060.Logistics as a large energy consumption industry,its low-carbon should be taken seriously by the governments and enterprises.Taking the development of low-carbon logistics in Shanxi Province as an example,this paper attempts to explore the main influencing factors by constructing the index system that affects the development of low-carbon logistics industry in Shanxi Province.This study selects related index data from 2008 to 2019,and makes quantitative analysis on the main factors affecting the development of low-carbon logistics industry in Shanxi Province by using grey correlation analysis method.According to the degree of grey correlation between various factors and the development of low-carbon logistics industry in Shanxi Province,some suggestions are put forward for the development of low-carbon logistics industry in Shanxi Province:Increasing the input of information technology level in logistics industry and accelerating the intelligence and automation of logistics industry;Optimizing cargo transportation and reduce energy consumption;Reasonably increase the proportion of output value of logistics industry;Establishing the concept of green logistics development;stepping up ecological environmental improvement and ecological protection.
