摘　　要：电流型脉宽调制(PWM)整流电路通常需要在桥臂上管和下管之间加入叠流时间,以保证电流型PWM整流器(CSR)直流侧电流的连续性,然而叠流时间的引入会给网侧电流带来额外谐波,影响网侧电流的波形质量。针对三相CSR的换流过程进行了详细分析,指出了母线电压、负载电流叠流时间等对开关管换流的影响,并通过双脉冲实验对上述影响因素进行了实验验证,最后给出了叠流时间设置的注意事项和优化方法。In order to ensure the continuity of the current of direct current side of the current source pulse width modulation(PWM)rectifier(CSR),the overlap time is usually added between the upper and lower tubes of the bridge arm.However,the introduction of the overlap time will bring additional harmonics to the current on the network side,which will affect the waveform quality of the current on the network side.The commutation process of three-phase CSR in detail is analyzed,the influence of bus voltage,load current and overlap time on switching tube commutation are pointed out,and the influence factors through double pulse experiment are verified,finally the attention and opti-mization method of setting the overlap time is given.
