摘 要:汽车吊具是车身空中运输的重要载体,对汽车吊具打开过程的运动特性进行研究,有助于改善吊臂抖动,减小轨道压力。建立数学模型,对汽车吊具进行开臂动态分析与静强度校核。在分析中,应用ADAMS软件得到汽车吊具打开过程中四个轴承座的各向受力,确认提高动平衡、延长轨道使用寿命的有利因素。通过有限元方法分析三组汽车吊具的应力、变形,判断适用场景,为优化运输方案提供依据。The automobile spreader is an important carrier for air transportation of the car body.Researching the movement characteristics of the automobile spreader during the opening process is helpful to improve the jitter of the boom and reduce the rail pressure.A mathematical model was established to perform dynamic analysis and static strength check of the automobile spreader during opening process.In the analysis,the ADAMS software was used to obtain the forces in all directions of the four bearing seats during the opening process of the automoblie spreader,and to confirm the favorable factors for improving the dynamic balance and prolonging the service life of the track.The stress and deformation of the three sets of automobile spreaders were analyzed through the finite element method,to determine the applicable scenarios,and provide a basis for optimizing the transportation plan.
