民用运输类固定翼飞机适航取证管理数字化建设研究

摘　　要：介绍了国内外民用运输类固定翼飞机适航取证管理数字化建设的现状,分析了适航取证条例、适航取证要求、适航数据特征,以及适航对研制平台的要求,同时从建设目标、关键能力、应用成果三方面论述了适航取证管理数字化平台核心能力。适航取证管理数字化立足于适航规章,能够科学有效地对适航数据和任务进行全生命周期管理,可以为民用运输类固定翼飞机适航取证中所涉及的数据管理和业务管理实现信息化建设提供参考。The current status of the digital construction of airworthiness certification management for civil transportation fixed-wing aircraft at home and abroad was introduced,and the airworthiness certification regulation,airworthiness certification requirement,airworthiness data characteristics,and airworthiness requirement for the development platform were analyzed.The core capabilities of the digital platform for airworthiness certification management were discussed in terms of objective,key capability,and application result.The digitalization of airworthiness certification management is based on airworthiness regulation,and can scientifically and effectively manage the entire life cycle of airworthiness data and task,and can provide reference for realizing informatization construction of the data management and business management involved in the airworthiness cerification of civil transportation fixed-wing aircraft.
