摘　　要：对智能化车间中残箱周转设备占地面积大、成本高、响应不及时等问题进行了研究,设计了一种残箱周转设备,包括箱体输送线、残箱周转接驳设备残箱货架。这一残箱周转设备能够对多型号、多数量残箱进行缓存和周转,可以提升智能化车间的空间利用率,降低成本,具有响应及时、对接位置准确、库位堆栈等优点。The problems of large area,high cost,and untimely response of the remnant container turnover equipment in the intelligent workshop was studied.The remnant container turnover equipment was designed,including container transmission line,remnant container transport equipment and remnant container shelf.This remnant container turnover equipment can cache and turn multiple types and numbers of remnant container,can improve the space utilization rate of the intelligent workshop,reduce cost,and has the advantages of timely response,accurate docking position,storage location stacking,etc.
