摘　　要：本课题组根据多年研究和实践经验,对医养结合的概念和医养结合机构进行了定义、分类和界定,提出对医养结合专业机构实施分级管理以及各级机构建设标准、职能设定、质量控制和等级评定的设想,建议将医养结合专业机构定名为“医养院”,列入国家医疗保健体制内,作为国家正式规范的慢病防治机构。Based on years of research and practical experience,the research group classifies and defines the concept and institutions of combination of medical and health care.It proposes the idea of hierarchical management of combination of medical and health care professional institutions and the construction standards,function setting,quality control and grade evaluation of institutions at all levels.It is also proposed to designate a professional institution for the integration of health care and rehabilitation as a hospital for chronic disease prevention and control within the national health care system as a formal national norm.
