中药热敷型布朗架套在下肢牵引患者中应用的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的研制一种中药热敷型布朗架套并观察在下肢牵引患者康复中的应用效果。方法选取我院2021年1月至6月下肢牵引患者50例为研究对象。根据随机数字表将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组25例,两组患者的使用布朗氏牵引架,对照组采用绷带包扎牵引架面,观察组使用中药热敷型布朗架套套于架面。比较2组患者不同方法牵引操作使用时间、干预后下肢肿胀消除时间以及压疮发生率等。结果观察组牵引操作使用时间、下肢肿胀消除时间、压疮发生率等明显低于对照组。结论应用中药热敷型布朗架套牵引架对减轻下肢肿胀、预防压疮有明显效果,节约操作时间,提高护理工作效率和患者生活质量。Objective A hot sleeve was developed and the application effect of recovery in lower limb traction was observed.Methods We selected 50 patients with lower limb traction from January to June 2021.Patients on a randomized digital table into the observation group and the control group,In the patients in the control group,According to traditional clinical use,Draage the frame with bandage.The observation group used traditional Chinese medicine hot compress cover the frame surface,The time of traction operation,degree of lower limb swelling and incidence of pressure sores were compared in different groups of 2 patients.Results Observation group traction operation use time,lower limb swelling,pressure sores incidence were significantly lower than the control group.Conclusion The application of Chinese medicine hot compress frame tractor has an obvious effect on the reduction of lower limb swelling and the prevention of pressure sores.It can effectively reduce limb swelling of lower limb fracture patients,prevent pressure sores,save time,improve nursing efficiency and quality of patients'quality of life.
