摘 要:目的探究过氧化物酶体增殖剂活化受体α(PPARα)激动剂联合胰高血糖素样肽-1受体激动剂(GLP-1 RAs)对2型糖尿病患者Omentin-1、Asprosin水平的影响。方法选取收治的2型糖尿病患者236例,按照随机数字法分为GLP-1 RAs组和联合治疗组,每组118例。GLP-1 RAs组给予GLP-1 RAs进行治疗,联合治疗组给予PPARα激动剂联合GLP-1 RAs进行治疗。生化血糖仪检测空腹血糖(FBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA_(1C))、餐后2 h血糖(2hPG);使用酶联免疫吸附法检测TG、TC、LDL-C、HDL-C、Omentin-1、Asprosin水平;对比氧化应激指标(MDA、LPO、GSH-Px);对比两组患者治疗有效率以及不良反发生率。结果治疗后与GLP-1 RAs组相比,联合治疗组FBG、2hPG、HbA_(1C)水平较低(P<0.05);TC、TG、LDL-C水平较低、HDL-C水平较高(P<0.05);MDA、LPO水平较低,GSH-Px水平较高(P<0.05);Omentin-1水平较高,Asprosin水平较低(P<0.05)。联合治疗组患者的治疗总有效率高于GLP-1 RAs组(P<0.05)。结论使用PPARα激动剂联合GLP-1 RAs对2型糖尿病患者进行治疗,能够改善患者血糖、血脂、Omentin-1、Asprosin水平,具有较好的临床推广价值。Objective To determine the effects of peroxisome proliferator activated receptor alpha(PPARα)agonists combined with glucagon like peptide-1 receptor agonists(GLP-1 RAs)on Omentin-1,Asprosin levels in patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods A total of 236 patients with type 2 diabetes were selected and divided into GLP-1 RAs group and combination therapy group according to the random number method.The GLP-1 RAs group was treated with paediatric GLP-1 RAs,and the combination therapy group was treated with PPARαagonists combined with GLP-1 RAs.Biochemical glucose meter was used to measure FBG,HbA_(1C),and 2hPG.The levels of TG,TC,LDL-C,HDL-C,Omentin-1 and Asprosin were assessed using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.The levels of oxidative stress markers,including MDA,LPO,and GSH Px,were compared to the response rate as well as the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Results FBG,2hPG and HbA_(1C) levels were significantly lower in the combination therapy group compared with the GLP-1 RAs group after treatment(P<0.05).TC,TG and LDL-C levels were significantly lower and HDL-C levels was significantly higher in the combination therapy group compared with the GLP-1 RAs group after treatment(P<0.05).MDA and LPO levels were significantly lower and GSH Px level was significantly higher in the combination therapy group compared with the GLP-1 RAs group after treatment(P<0.05).Omentin-1 level was significantly higher and Asprosin level was significantly lower in the combination therapy group than in the GLP-1 RAs group(P<0.05).The patients treated with the combination had a higher overall response rate(P<0.05).Conclusion PPARαagonist combined with GLP-1 RAs in the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes can improve the levels of blood glucose,blood lipid,Omentin-1 and Asprosin.
