摘  要:以甲基异丁基酮、二乙烯三胺、聚乙二醇和异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯为原料,利用酮胺法合成了一种柔性聚氨酯型胺类固化剂(TRPU)。并对环氧树脂进行增韧改性,然后对固化剂的结构及固化体系的力学性能和粘接性能进行了表征。研究结果表明:合成的柔性固化剂能大幅提高环氧树脂体系的玻璃化转变温度(Tg)、韧性和粘接性能;与三乙烯四胺(TETA)复配作为固化剂时,该TRPU/TETA复配的固化体系的Tg达89.7℃,冲击强度为37.35 kJ/m^(2),断裂伸长率为18.42%,钢-钢粘接剪切强度为10.38 MPa,改性效果显著。Using methyl isobutyl ketone,diethylenetriamine,polyethylene glycol and isophorone diisocyanate as raw materials,flexible polyurethane type amine curing agent(TRPU)was synthesized by ketoimine method.The epoxy resin was toughened and modified,and then the structure of curing agent and the mechanical and bonding properties of curing system were characterized.The research results showed that the synthesized flexible curing agent could greatly improve the glass transition temperature(Tg),toughness and bonding properties of epoxy resin system.When compounded with triethylenetetramine(TETA)as curing agent,the Tgof the curing system of TRPU/TETA compounding reached 89.7℃,the impact strength was 37.35 kJ/m^(2),the elongation at break was18.42%,and the shear strength of steel-steel bonding was 10.38 MPa,which showed that the modification effect was remarkable.
