摘 要:采用氧化铝(Al_(2)O_(3))对环氧树脂/聚酰胺复合材料进行增强改性,研究其力学性能、吸水吸油性能和热学性能等。研究结果表明:当w(Al_(2)O_(3))=10%时,材料的拉伸强度为28.25 MPa,比未添加时提高了8.72%;当w(Al_(2)O_(3))=1%时,材料的剥离强度为381.19 MPa,比未添加时提高了196.31%。为提高树脂的力学性能,不影响复合材料的成型工艺,最终选择w(Al_(2)O_(3))=1%。此时,材料的吸水率、吸油率分别为0.61%和1.24%,比未添加时降低了69.19%和39.51%,耐水和耐油性能增强;材料的热分解温度为343℃,比未添加时提高了9℃;改性前后材料的表观活化能分别为48.44和48.99 kJ/mol,指前因子分别为2.21×10^(4)和2.23×10^(4)s^(-1),反应级数分别为0.75和0.88。这说明添加Al_(2)O_(3)对复合材料的固化行为影响较小,确定了该反应的固化工艺为58℃/0.5 h+98℃/1 h+138℃/0.5 h。Epoxy resin/polyamide composite material was reinforced and modified with alumina(Al_(2)O_(3)),and its mechanical properties,water and oil absorption properties and thermal properties were studied.The research results showed that when w(Al_(2)O_(3))=10%,the tensile strength of material was 28.25 MPa,which was 8.72%higher than that without addition.When w(Al_(2)O_(3))=1%,the peel strength of material was 381.19 MPa,which was 196.31%higher than that without addition.In order to improve the mechanical properties of resin and not affect the molding process of composite material,w(Al_(2)O_(3))=1%was finally selected.At this time,the water absorption and oil absorption of material were 0.61%and 1.24%,respectively,which was 69.19%and 39.51%lower than that without addition,and water and oil resistance were also enhanced.The thermal decomposition temperature of material was343℃,which was 9℃higher than that without addition.Before and after modification,the apparent activation energies of materials were 48.44 and 48.99 kJ/mol,the pre-exponential factors were 2.21×10^(4)and 2.23×10^(4)s^(-1),and the reaction orders were 0.75 and 0.88,respectively.This indicated that the addition of Al_(2)O_(3)had little effect on the curing behavior of composite materials.The curing process of reaction was determined as 58℃/0.5 h+98℃/1 h+138℃/0.5 h.
