摘 要:探究了亲水型气相二氧化硅、疏水型气相二氧化硅、改性有机膨润土及聚酰胺蜡4种不同触变剂对涂布型粘钢结构胶的施工性影响,并通过触变指数和下垂流度表征涂布型粘钢胶的施工性能。研究结果表明:亲水型气相二氧化硅、疏水型气相二氧化硅和改性有机膨润土对涂布型粘钢结构胶均具有明显的增稠触变作用;2份疏水型气相二氧化硅或3份改性有机膨润土添加量,既可以满足涂布型环氧粘钢胶触变指数≥4,又可以满足45℃高温环境下垂流度≤2 mm的技术要求;未活化的聚酰胺蜡在涂布型环氧粘钢胶体系中不具备触变性;活化后的聚酰胺蜡具有很好的触变性,在同样添加量的条件下,具有等同于疏水型气相二氧化硅的触变效果。The effects of four different thixotropic agents,including hydrophilic fumed silica,hydrophobic fumed silica,modified organobentonite and polyamide wax,on the constructability of coated structural adhesive for steel plate were studied.The construction properties of coated structural adhesive for steel plate were characterized by thixotropic index and sag fluidity.The research results showed that hydrophilic fumed silica,hydrophobic fumed silica and modified organobentonite all had obvious thickening and thixotropic effects on the coated structural adhesive for steel plate.The addition amount of 2 phr of hydrophobic fumed silica or 3 phr of modified organobentonite could not only meet the technical requirements of thixotropic index of the coated epoxy structural adhesive for steel plate≥4,but also meet the sag fluidity in 45℃high temperature environment≤2 mm.Nonactivated polyamide wax did not have thixotropy in the coated epoxy structural adhesive for steel plate system.The activated polyamide wax had good thixotropy,and had the thixotropic effect equivalent to that of hydrophobic fumed silica under the condition of the same addition amount.
