摘  要:本文就如何提高大型公立医院后勤物资供应临床满意度进行了深入分析,指出了当前医院后勤物资采供管理模式的不足之处,有针对性的提出改进措施。以某三甲医院后勤物资供应临床满意度调查结果为切入点,对影响满意度结果的因素利用鱼骨图进行分析。以找到解决问题的方法。通过健全内控制度、加强采供人员业务学习、完善采供流程、加强供应商管理等方法,提高了采购效率,降低了采购成本,有效提升了临床服务满意度。This paper makes an in-depth analysis on how to improve clinical satisfaction of logistics material supply in large public hospitals,points out the shortcomings of the current management mode,and puts forward targeted improvement measures.Starting from the survey results of clinical satisfaction of logistics and material supply in a 3A hospital,the factors affecting the satisfaction results were analyzed by using fishbone diagram,so as to find a solution to the problem.Through improving the internal control system,strengthening the business learning of purchasing and supplying personnel,perfecting the purchasing and supplying process,enhancing the management of suppliers and other methods,the procurement efficiency is improved,the procurement cost is reduced,and the clinical service satisfaction is effectively improved.
