摘  要:以高蓬松聚酯纤维絮片为研究对象,基于GB/T 35762-2017《纺织品热传递性能试验方法平板法》,研究试样边缘热量传递对热阻测试的影响,探讨边缘热量传递的影响因素并进行回归分析。研究结果表明:有效热护环尺寸越小,样品厚度越大,边缘热量传递对热阻值的影响越明显;建立的热阻下降百分比与厚度以及厚宽比的回归模型验证良好。研究内容改进了测试方法,提高了试验精度,为标准的制修订提供了参考。Taking high-fluffy polyester fiber flakes as the research object,based on the national standard GB/T 35762-2017“Textile Heat Transfer Performance Test Method Flat Method”,the influence of the edge heat transfer of the sample on the thermal resistance test is studied,and the influencing factors of the edge heat transfer are discussed and regression analysis is carried out.The research results show that the smaller the effective thermal guard ring size and the larger the sample thickness,the more obvious the influence of edge heat transfer on the thermal resistance value;the established regression model,thermal resistance drop percentage and thickness and ratio of thickness to width,is well verified.The research content improves the test method and the test accuracy,and provides a reference for the revision and formulation of standards.
