摘 要:针对在上染牛仔布的经纱时,硫化染料会对牛仔面料中的纤维素纤维产生水解作用,降低面料强力的问题,通过改进硫化黑染色工艺,分析和研究纱线的丝光方法对硫化黑牛仔面料老化的影响。试验结果显示:随着染色深度的增加,面料强力下降;老化现象对撕裂强力的损害程度比对断裂强力大;丝光能够明显降低老化现象对面料强力的损害程度。通过试验总结出可有效改善硫化黑牛仔面料老化的工艺参数。When dyeing the warp of denim,due to the unstable polysulfide bond in sulfur dye molecules,sulfur atoms would form sulfuric acid under certain temperature and humidity conditions,which would hydrolyze the cellulose fiber in denim fabric and reduce the strength of fabric.The influence of yarn mercerization on the aging properties of sulfur black denim fabric is analyzed and studied by improving the sulfur black dyeing process of denim fabric.The results show that with the increase of dyeing depth,the strength of the fabric would decrease both before and after aging,and the damage of the aging phenomenon to the tearing strength is greater than that to the breaking strength.Mercerizing process of yarn is helpful to improve the aging performance of sulfur black fabric.Mercerizing can significantly reduce the damage of aging phenomenon to fabric strength.
