摘  要:为提高环锭细纱机集体落纱系统的凸盘输送速度和在输送过程中的平稳性,以适应当前细纱机主机在超高速、超长锭、智能化方向的发展,分析了当前“推爪凸盘式”和“钢带凸盘式”凸盘输送结构的优缺点,并在此基础上设计了“双推爪凸盘式”和“螺旋导轮式”凸盘输送结构。指出,凸盘输送速度和输送平稳性取决于输送机构的机械原理,只有在原理先进的前提下,结合细纱机的技术状况和纺纱环境的具体情况,有针对性地优化凸盘输送机构,才能满足当前细纱技术的发展要求。In order to improve the transmission speed of the ring spinning frame's doffing system and the stability in the conveying process,and to adapt to the development of high speed,ultra long frame and intelligent direction of the main frame of ring spinning frame,the advantages and disadvantages of the two most common transmission modes of“peg trays with pushing claw”and“peg trays with steel belt”are analyzed.On the basis of this,two new types of the transmission structure“peg trays with double pushing claws”and“screw type guide pulley”are proposed.It is pointed out that the speed and stability of transmission depend on the mechanical principle of the transmission mechanism.Only with advanced principles,combined with the technical conditions of ring spinning frame and the specific conditions of spinning environment,the optimized peg tray transmission mechanism could meet the development requirements of the current spinning technology.
