摘  要:目的了解三门峡地区0~14岁儿童血清25-羟基维生素D[25(OH)D]水平。方法收集2017年1~12月1338名在黄河三门峡医院儿科就诊的0~14岁儿童为研究对象,采用高效液相色谱串联质谱法检测血清25(OH)D水平。结果1338名儿童血清25(OH)D水平为(28.17±11.89)μg/L,其中适宜占73.6%(985/1338)。维生素D水平随年龄增长呈下降趋势。维生素D水平夏季最高,为(32.65±10.49)μg/L,冬季最低,为(21.32±11.83)μg/L。结论三门峡地区0~14岁儿童血清25(OH)D水平良好,儿童维生素D水平随年龄、季节变化显著,应增加户外活动,可根据年龄、季节科学合理补充维生素D。Objective To learn about the serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D level of 0 to 14-year-old children in Sanmenxia.Methods A total of 1338 children were chosen,who were treated in Huanghe Sanmenxia Hospital from January 2017 to December 2017.The level of 25(OH)D was determined by high-performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry.Results The level of 25(0H)D in 1338 children was(28.17±11.89)μg/L,in which the appropriateness rate was 73.6%(985/1338).With the increase of the age,the level of vitamin D had a decreasing tendency.The vitamin D level reached the highest level in summer,being(32.65±10.49)μg/L,and the lowest in winter,being(21.32±11.83)μg/L.Conclusion The level of serum 25(OH)D is good in children aged 0 to 14 years old in Sanmenxia area.The vitamin D level of children changes significantly with the age and season,so they should increase outdoor activities,and vitamin D should be supplemented scientifically and reasonably in accordance with the age and season.
