摘  要:港口专业化大宗散货码头为满足拓展业务和实际生产作业的需要,往往需要对既有长距离单向运行带式输送机进行双向运行改造,能够在不增加设备数量的情况下提高装卸工艺流程的灵活性,为港口生产作业提供便捷,一机多用提高设备的利用率,降低改造项目投资提升港口经济效益。在长距离双向运行带式输送机设计过程中,选择合理的设计方案,正确的计算驱动电机功率以及胶带张力大小将是保证双向运行带式输送机合理选型及正常安全运行的关键。In order to meet the needs of business expansion and actual operation, the existing long-distance one-way belt conveyors are mostly transformed to two-way belt conveyors in specialized terminals of mass bulk cargo, which makes port handling process more flexible subject to the existing equipment, achieves more convenient port operation. Multiple-use of one machine increases the utilization rate of equipment, reduces the investment in equipment transformation and raises economic benefits of ports. In the design of long-distance two-way belt conveyor, reasonable design plan and correct calculation of drive motor’s power and belt tension will be the key to ensure reasonable selection and safe operation of two-way belt conveyor.
