摘 要:随着时代的发展,从国家到个人对安全生产的要求以及认识都有了显著提高,我国安全生产情况也有了质的改变。大家关注的重点由开始被动的安全事故处理到提前预防。安全风险分析和事故隐患排查已经成为身边耳熟能详的名词。但是,如何根据排查出的事故隐患,制定出切实有效的对策,将事故隐患消灭在萌芽状态,有效控制各类安全风险,对隐患进行深入的分析尤为重要。结合某项目隐患排查、分析以及对策制定的过程,阐述隐患分析在工程项目安全管理中的重要意义。The development of times leads to significantly improved understanding and requirements of safety production by government and individual, and the state of safety production in China also changes qualitatively.People focus on the precaution instead of passive treatment of accident. Safety risk analysis and hidden trouble checking have become familiar terms. However, it is particularly important to work out practical countermeasures according to the found problem, nip the hidden trouble in the bud, effectively control all kinds of safety risks and make in-depth analysis. The significance of hidden trouble analysis in project safety management is expounded by combining with the process of checking, analysis of hidden trouble and decision-making in a project.
