摘　　要：本文以某生产污水处理站桩基施工过程中及施工完成后桩基发生偏位为例,通过研究分析工程概况、工程地质情况、施工过程以及检测结果,着重对软土地基PHC管桩偏位的原因进行分析,并给出避免类似问题的建议。对类似工程施工有一定借鉴意义。As for the deviation phenomenon of pile foundation during and after the construction of a production sewage treatment station, research and analysis are carried out for the project in general, geological conditions, the construction process and testing results, especially the causes for the deviation of PHC pipe pile driven in soft soil foundation. Some suggestions to avoid similar problems are proposed, which may serve as a reference for the construction of similar projects.
