洋地黄中毒致ICD电风暴1例分析

摘　　要：通过分析1例长期使用洋地黄后出现ICD电风暴患者的诊治过程,并结合相关文献,阐明洋地黄中毒引起ICD电风暴的原因。强调在使用洋地黄过程中,要注意根据患者年龄、肌酐清除率和合并用药情况对剂量做适当调整,争取做到个体化用药。临床医生应严格掌握洋地黄的药学知识,熟悉洋地黄中毒的诱因、表现及处理方法,确保安全有效用药。Through the analysis on the diagnosis and treatment process of one patient with ICD electrical storm after long-term use of digitalis, combined with related literature, the reasons of electrical storm caused by digitalis poisoning are explored. It’s clarified that, in the process of using digoxin, it is necessary to adjust the dose appropriately according to the patient’s age, creatinine clearance rate and combined drug use, and try to achieve individualized medication. Clinicians should master the pharmaceutical knowledge of digitalis strictly, be familiar with the inducement, manifestation and treatment of digitalis poisoning, and ensure the safe and effective use of digitalis.
