Objective: To study the clinical value of invasive artery monitoring during surgical anesthesia in critically ill patients. Methods: Thirty critically ill patients receiving the operation were selected for intraoperative invasive artery monitoring, and the changes of vital signs were observed. Results: There were statistically significant differences in the following parameters before monitoring and after monitoring: heart rate, diastolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure, blood glucose, arterial blood oxygen,K, hemoglobin(P<0.05). No complications related to arterial puncture occurred in all patients, and the operation was successfully completed in all patients, with a 100% success rate. Patients with intraoperative risk signs maintained effective circulating blood pressure through appropriate clinical intervention under invasive artery monitoring, and hemodynamics was basically stable through appropriate adjustment of anesthesia depth. Conclusion: Invasive artery monitoring can provide a reference for the hemodynamic instability of critically ill patients during surgical anesthesia, and subsequently improve the safety of surgical anesthesia under effective monitoring.
