长春市社区老年脑卒中病人跌倒恐惧现状及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的:调查长春市社区老年脑卒中病人跌倒恐惧现状,并分析其影响因素。方法:于2020年1月—2021年3月整群抽取长春市21个社区的538例老年脑卒中病人,采用一般资料调查表、简明国际跌倒效能感量表和家庭支持问卷进行调查。结果:社区老年脑卒中病人跌倒恐惧得分为(19.54±7.79)分。社区老年脑卒中病人家庭支持得分为(7.65±0.98)分。多因素分析显示,学历、是否有人照护、家庭支持、日常生活活动能力、近6个月是否有跌倒史是社区老年脑卒中病人跌倒恐惧的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:社区老年脑卒中病人跌倒恐惧处于较高水平,在为这类病人进行居家照护服务时,应该重点关注学历层次低、无人照护、家庭支持差、日常生活活动能力弱和近6个月有跌倒史的人群。Objective:To investigate the status quo of fall fear of elderly stroke patients in Changchun community and analyze its influencing factors. Methods:From January 2020 to March 2021,using cluster sampling,a total of 538 elderly stroke patients from 21 communities in Changchun were selected. The general data questionnaire,the concise international fall efficacy scale and the family support scale were used to investigate. Results:The score of fear and family support of falling in elderly stroke patients in community were(19. 54±7. 79),(7. 65±0. 98),respectively. The multivariate analysis showed that the factors influencing the fear of falls in the elderly stroke patients in community were education background,whether there were care,family support,daily life activity ability and fall history in the last six months(P<0. 05). Conclusions:The fear of falls of stroke patients in community was at a high level. When providing home care for these patients,we should pay attention to the people with low education level,no care,poor family support,weak daily life activity and fall history in the past six months.
