当代西方协商民主理论研究述评  

A Review of Deliberative Democracy Theory in Contemporary Western World

摘　　要：西方的协商民主理论是众多民主理论的一种,对当前我国这一理论的研究现状进行梳理具有重要的理论和实践意义。纵观这一主题的研究性论文,梳理出了以下几个方面的研究现状,分别是西方协商民主的理论渊源和内涵、类型、形式、协商质量的评估方法以及代际更替,除此之外还有协商民主理论与其他民主理论的关系问题及其贡献和局限性。在此基础上发现,该理论的渊源可以追溯到古希腊并且多种多样,内涵丰富,制度形式多样,评估方法科学合理,大部分学者认为协商民主的发展经历了三个阶段,对于该理论的局限性的研究多于贡献的研究,因此深入挖掘该理论的优越性并与我国的制度建设相结合是今后需要努力的方向。It is of great theoretical and practical significance to sort out current research situation of the Deliberative Democracy Theory in the West.The following aspects has been sorted out:the theoretical origin and connotation,types,forms,evaluation methods of consult quality and generational change of the theory,as well as its relevance to other democratic theories,its contributions and limitations.It is found that the theoretical origin can be traced back to ancient Greece,and it is featured by more than one theoretical origin,rich connotations,various institutional forms,scientific and reasonable evaluation methods.Most scholars believe that the theory has gone through three stages,and the research on the limitations is more than that on the contributions.Therefore,to explore into the superiority of this theory and combine it with system construction in China will be our research orientation in the future.
