摘 要:以‘冀砧2号’苹果矮化砧木为试材,以不绞缢处理为对照,研究绞缢处理下的水平压条生根过程及相关生理指标的变化。结果表明,绞缢处理生根率显著高于对照,分别为57.43%、30.28%;压条生根过程中,绞缢处理、对照的可溶性糖、淀粉含量变化总体均呈先降低后增加趋势,于处理后45d达到最小值,在愈伤组织形成期,两者间差异不显著,但不定根形成期绞缢处理的可溶性糖和淀粉含量高于对照。绞缢处理可以提高内源源素ZR、DHZR、GA_(3)、IAA的含量,从而促进生根。绞缢处理、对照的GA_(3)含量在整个生根期间均呈现“降低-升高”的趋势,绞缢处理的GA_(3)含量显著高于对照,二者均在处理后65d达到最大值,分别为101.78、86.05ng/gFW。在愈伤组织形成期,绞缢处理、对照的IAA、ZR含量不断升高;在不定根形成期,IAA含量下降,ZR含量上升,IAA/ZR值下降。解剖结果表明,‘冀砧2号’不定根根原基属于诱导型根原基,生根类型属于混合生根型。The rooting process of horizontal layering and the changes of related physiological characters of apple dwarfing rootstock Jizhen 2 were studied under strangulation with no strangulation as control.The results were as follows.The rooting rate under strangulation was significantly higher compared with the control,which were 57.43%and 30.28%respectively.In the process of rooting,the soluble sugar and starch contents under strangulation and control treatments decreased firstly and then increased in the whole,which reached the minimum values at 45 days after treatment;there was no significant difference between strangulation and control treatments in soluble sugar and starch contents during callus formation period,and strangulation could increase them during adventitious root fomation period.Strangulation treatment increased the endogenous hormone contents such as ZR,DHZR,GA_(3) and IAA,which could promote rooting.The GA_(3) content under strangulation and control treatments showed decreasing-increasing trends during the whole rooting period,and that was higher under strangulation treatment;both reached the maximum value at 65 d after treatment,which was 101.78 ng/gFW and 86.05 ng/gFW,respectively.The contents of IAA and ZR during callus formation period increased under strangulation and controls;IAA content decreased,ZR content increased and IAA/ZR ratio decreased during advendent root formation.The anatomical structure showed that the adventitious root primordium of Jizhen 2 belonged to induction type and the root type belonged to mixed type.
