摘 要:为综合评价不同石榴品种籽粒矿质营养品质差异,选取不同主栽区的21个石榴品种为试材,测定其氮、磷、钾、钙、镁5种大量元素和铁、锰、铜、锌4种微量元素含量,并基于主成分分析法对各石榴品种矿质营养品质进行综合评价。结果表明:石榴籽粒中钾、全氮、镁、磷、钙含量分别为8.90~14.48、5.70~12.28、0.93~2.62、0.71~1.23、0.07~2.12mg·g^(-1);锌、铁、锰、铜含量分别为29.99~88.05、20.03~59.72、18.62~65.17、1.75~10.43μg·g^(-1)。经主成分分析,矿质营养品质综合评价排在前6位的供试石榴品种依次为‘大笨籽’‘谢花甜’‘岱红2号’‘满天红’‘竹叶青’‘泰山三白甜’;排在后6位的依次为‘秋艳’‘皮亚曼’‘牡丹’‘鲁青1号’‘突尼斯软籽’‘超青’。In order to comprehensively evaluate the differences of mineral nutritional quality among different pomegranate varieties arils,21 pomegranate varieties from different main planting areas were selected as test materials,and the contents of 5 kinds of abundant elements(N,P,K,Ca,Mg)and 4 kinds of trace elements(Fe,Mn,Cu,Zn)were measured respectively.Then the mineral nutritional quality of different pomegranate varieties was evaluated comprehensively based on principal component analysis(PCA).The results showed that the contents of potassium,total nitrogen,phosphorus,calcium and magnesium ranged from 8.90~14.48,5.70~12.28,0.71~1.23,0.07~2.12 and 0.93~2.62 mg·g^(-1),respectively.The average contents of the four trace elements of zinc,iron,manganese and copper were 29.99~88.05,20.03~59.72,18.62~65.17 and 1.75~10.43μg·g^(-1),respectively.According to the principal component analysis,the top 6 pomegranate varieties with higher mineral nutritional quality were Dabenzi,Xie Huatian,Daihong 2,Mantianhong,Zhuyeqing and Taishan Sanbaitian,while the six lower ones were Qiuyan,Piyaman,Mudan,Luqing 1,Tunis Soft Seed and Chaoqing.
