摘　　要：长期以来,建筑业一直是危险性高、事故多发的行业之一。尽管近年来我国建筑业安全生产呈现总体稳定持续好转的发展态势,但是由于现有安全管理人员和施工队伍素质偏低等原因,建筑施工安全形势依然严峻。安全生产在土木工程、工程管理等工作中发挥着至关重要的作用。提高安全管理人员和劳动者的职业素质和职业技能,是推进建筑施工企业科学化、规范化、系统化安全管理的根本保障。For a long time,the construction industry has been one of the industries with high risk and frequent accidents.Although the safety production of construction industry in China has shown an overall stable and continuous improvement in recent years,due to the low quality of the existing safety management personnel and construction teams,the construction safety situation is still grim.Safety production plays a vital role in civil engineering,engineering management and other work.Improving the professional quality and professional skills of safety management personnel and workers is the fundamental guarantee for promoting scientific,standardized and systematic safety management of construction enterprises.
