摘  要:SPCS空腔后浇剪力墙技术是装配式竖向结构的一种形式,由成型钢筋笼及两侧预制墙板组成空腔预制构件,解决了装配式建筑易开裂、防水性差等缺点。本文讲述某多层公共建筑将SPCS技术用于内隔墙的工程实例,并详述其施工工艺流程和技术难点,分析应用过程中的优缺点,对相关技术在装配式建筑的发展和探索有积极的借鉴意义。SPCS cavity post-cast shear wall technology is a form of prefabricated vertical structure.The cavity prefabricated components are composed of formed steel cages and prefabricated wall panels on both sides,which solves the shortcomings of prefabricated buildings such as easy cracking and poor waterproofing.This article describes an engineering example of using SPCS technology for inner partition walls in a multi-storey public building,and details its construction process and technical difficulties,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages in the application process,and has positive reference significance for the development and exploration of related technologies in prefabricated buildings.
