摘  要:目的建立HPLC法同时测定四逆散(甘草、白芍、枳实等)中没食子酸、芍药内酯苷、芍药苷、橙皮苷、槲皮素、甘草酸、柠檬苦素、川陈皮素的含量。方法该药物20%甲醇提取液的分析采用Agilent ZORBAX SB-C_(18)色谱柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm);流动相乙腈-水(含0.1%磷酸),梯度洗脱;体积流量1.0 mL/min;柱温35℃;检测波长210、240 nm。结果8种成分在各自范围内线性关系良好(R^(2)≥0.9990),平均加样回收率94.21%~100.12%,RSD 0.56%~2.41%。结论该方法简便、准确、稳定,重复性好,可用于四逆散的质量控制。AIM To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous content determination of gallic acid,albiflorin,paeoniflorin,hesperidin,quercetin,glycyrrhizic acid,limonin and nobiletin in Sini Powder(Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Paeoniae Radix Alba,Aurantii Fructus Immaturus,etc.).METHODS The analysis of 20% methanol extract of this drug was performed on a 35 ℃ thermostatic Agilent ZORBAX SB-C_(18) column(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm),with the mobile phase comprising of acetonitrile-water(containing 0.1% phosphoric acid) flowing at 1.0 mL/min in a gradient elution manner,and the detection wavelengths were set at 210,240 nm.RESULTS Eight constituents showed good linear relationships within their own ranges(R^(2)≥0.999 0),whose average recoveries were 94.21%-100.12% with the RSDs of 0.56%-2.41%.CONCLUSION This simple,accurate,stable and reproducible method can be used for the quality control of Sini Powder.
