槐杞黄颗粒联合异丙托溴铵吸入气雾剂对哮喘患者的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨槐杞黄颗粒联合异丙托溴铵吸入气雾剂对哮喘患者的临床疗效。方法 111例患者随机分为对照组A、对照组B、观察组,每组37例,对照组A给予异丙托溴铵吸入气雾剂,对照组B给予槐杞黄颗粒,观察组给予槐杞黄颗粒联合异丙托溴铵吸入气雾剂,疗程2周。检测临床疗效、症状评分、肺功能指标(FEV_(1)%、FVC、PEF)、免疫炎性指标(IL-4、IL-10、EOS、IgE)、气道重塑指标(MMP-9、TIMP-1、TGF-β)、Periostin、PON_(1)变化。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组A、对照组B(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组症状评分、IL-4、EOS、IgE、气道重塑指标、Periostin低于其他2组(P<0.05),肺功能指标、IL-10、PON_(1)更高(P<0.05)。结论槐杞黄颗粒联合异丙托溴铵吸入气雾剂可下调哮喘患者Periostin、PON_(1)水平,减轻气道重塑及免疫炎性反应,控制临床症状,改善肺功能。AIM To explore the clinical effects of Huaiqihuang Granules combined with ipratropium bromide inhalation aerosol on patients with asthma.METHODS One hundred and eleven patients were randomly assigned into control group A(37 cases) for 2-week administration of ipratropium bromide inhalation aerosol,control group B(37 cases) for 2-week administration of Huaiqihuang Granules,and observation group(37 cases) for 2-week administration of both Huaiqihuang Granules and ipratropium bromide inhalation aerosol.The changes in clinical efficacy,symptom scores,lung function indices(FEV_(1)%,FVC,PEF),immuno-inflammatory indices(IL-4,IL-10,EOS,IgE),airway remodeling indices(MMP-9,TIMP-1,TGF-β),Periodin and PON_(1) were detected.RESULTS The observation group demonstrated higher total effective rate than the control group A and control group B(P<0.05).After the treatment,the observation group displayed lower symptom scores,IL-4,EOS,IgE,airway remodeling indices and Periostin than the other two groups(P<0.05),along with higher lung function indices,IL-10 and PON_(1)(P<0.05).CONCLUSION For the patients with asthma,Huaiqihuang Granules combined with ipratropium bromide inhalation aerosol can down-regulate Periodin and PON_(1 ) levels,alleviate airway remodeling and immuno-inflammatory responses,control clinical symptoms,and improve lung functions.
