摘　　要：目的研究远志Polygala tenuifolia Wild.地上部分的化学成分。方法远志地上部分70%乙醇提取物采用硅胶、ODS、Sephadex LH-20以及制备型HPLC等进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定所得化合物的结构。结果从中分离得到5个化合物,分别鉴定为tenuifolimide A(1)、rosololactone(2)、trichothecene analogue(3)、trichothecolone(4)、xylarolide(5)。结论化合物1为新的酰胺木脂素类化合物。AIM To study the chemical constituents from Polygala tenuifolia Wild..METHODS The 70% ethanol extract from the aerial part of P.tenuifolia was isolated and purified by silica,ODS,Sephadex LH-20 and preparative HPLC,then the structures of obtained compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data.RESULTS Five compounds were isolated and identified as tenuifolimide A(1),rosololactone(2),trichothecene analogue(3),trichothecolone(4) and xylarolide(5),respectively.CONCLUSION Compound 1 is a new lignanamide.
