摘 要:针对乙烯-1-辛烯共聚物(POE)发泡过程中泡孔易破裂的问题,提出将马来酸酐(MAH)接枝到POE上、然后与多氨基硅油(PDMS-NH_(2))反应的方法,形成具有支化结构并部分交联的改性POE(POE-PDMS),并以超临界二氧化碳为发泡剂进行微孔发泡,系统考察了上述改性POE的发泡行为及发泡材料压缩性能,结果表明,PDMS的引入可以大幅提高熔体强度、增大二氧化碳的溶解度、拓宽发泡温度范围、改善发泡性能,得到了泡孔密度为1.76×10^(9) cells×cm^(-3)、平均泡孔直径为7.3μm的POE-PDMS微孔发泡材料,其压缩强度也得到提高。The modification of poly(ethylene-co-octene)(POE)by grafting maleic anhydride(MAH)and reacting with amino-silicone oil(PDMS-NH_(2))was conducted to form partially crosslinked POE(POE-PDMS)with branched structure for solving the problem of easy cell rupture in the foaming process of POE,and microcellular foaming of POE-PDMS was carried out with supercritical carbon dioxide as foaming agent.The foaming behavior and compressive property of the modified POE by polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS)were systematically investigated.The results showed that the introduction of PDMS could greatly increase the melt strength,improve the solubility of carbon dioxide and foaming property,and broad the range of foaming temperature.The microcellular foaming material of POE-PDMS with cell density of 1.76×10^(9) cells×cm^(-3) and average cell diameter of 7.3μm was obtained,and its compressive strength was also improved.
