特殊设计系泊属具的应用

摘　　要：船舶按照运河要求配置特定的系泊属具以满足指定的系泊模式时,需要根据自身结构特点和布置空间进行调整,必要时采用特殊形式的系泊属具进行替代。采用羊角滚轮改变系泊索方向时,为了兼顾单一系泊索在不同高度的导向要求和不同系泊索的独立导向功能,羊角滚轮需要特殊设计。组合带缆桩、双联导缆孔、升高式羊角滚轮和姐妹羊角滚轮均为特殊设计系泊属具,在实船上得到应用,有针对性地解决系泊属具的选型和布置问题,满足系泊模式要求,提高系泊灵活性,为其他船舶系泊设计拓展思路。For fulfilling the mooring requirement of the important canals,specified mooring fittings are fitted to the ship and adjusted according to ship’s basic character,sometimes even to be designed specially. When a pedestal fairlead is used for direction guiding of the mooring line,it is difficult to keep the mooring line at conical part of throat when passing at different height,and it is also difficult to make sure different mooring lines can change their directions at the same pedestal fairlead. Some specially designed mooring fittings such as combined bollard,double-chock fairlead,adjustable pedestal fairlead with cleat and sister-pedestal fairlead are used for ships in practice and make the mooring design more reasonable,which might serve as an example for other mooring design.
