摘　　要：目的探讨组合式外固定支架用于四肢创伤骨科手术的效果。方法选取医院骨科2020年1月至2021年3月收治的四肢创伤患者72例,随机分为对照组(接受交锁髓内钉固定)和观察组(接受组合式外固定支架固定),各36例。结果观察组优良率为94.44%,显著高于对照组的77.78%(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为5.56%,显著低于对照组的22.22%(P<0.05);观察组创面愈合时间和骨折恢复时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论组合式外固定支架用于四肢创伤骨折,能缩短患者骨折创面的愈合时间和骨折恢复时间,有效控制并发症发生。Objective To investigate the effect of combined external fixator in orthopaedic surgery of limb trauma.Methods A total of 72 patients with limb trauma treated in the Department of Orthopedics from January 2020 to March 2021 were randomly divided into the control group(treated with interlocking intramedullary nail)and the observation group(treated with combined external fixation stent),with 36 cases in each group.Results The excellent and good rate in the observation group was 94.44%,which was significantly higher than 77.78%in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.56%,which was significantly lower than 22.22%in the control group(P<0.05).The wound healing time and fracture recovery time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined external fixator can shorten the healing time of fracture wound and fracture recovery time,and effectively control the occurrence of complications.
