锁定钢板内固定治疗跟骨骨折对患者Maryland评分及预后的影响

摘　　要：目的观察锁定钢板内固定对跟骨骨折患者的疗效及对患者Maryland评分的影响。方法选取医院2019年3月至2020年4月收治的跟骨骨折患者28例,依照治疗方法的不同分为对照组和观察组,各14例。观察组应用锁定钢板内固定治疗,对照组应用非锁定钢板内固定治疗。结果对照组Maryland评分无疼痛率为64.29%,显著低于观察组的92.86%(P<0.05);观察组住院时间和治疗费用均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论锁定钢板内固定治疗跟骨疗效确切,可减少患者的住院时间和费用,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the efficacy of locking plate internal fixation in the treatment of patients with calcaneal fracture and the effect of Maryland score.Methods A total of 28 patients with calcaneal fracture treated in the hospital from March 2019 to April 2020 were divided into the control group and the observation group according to different treatment methods,with 14 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with locking plate internal fixation,while the control group was treated with non locking plate internal fixation.Results The non-pain rate of Maryland score in the control group was 64.29%,which was significantly lower than 92.86%in the observation group(P<0.05).The hospitalization time and treatment cost in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Locking plate internal fixation is effective in the treatment of calcaneal fracture,which can reduce hospital stay and cost,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
