摘　　要：目的探讨PDCA法用于区域化消毒供应中心感染管理效果。方法选取医院2019年10月至2020年10月在岗护理人员64名,随机分为观察组(PDCA法)和对照组(常规管理模式),各32名。结果观察组清洗消毒、环境管理、器械管理、物品包装评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组器械感染发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论PDCA法在区域化消毒供应中心感染管理中应用效果良好。Objective To investigate the effect of PDCA on infection management in regional disinfection supply center.Methods A total of 64 nurses in the hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were randomly divided into the observation group(PDCA method)and the control group(routine management mode),with 32 nurses in each group.Results The scores of cleaning and disinfection,environmental management,instrument management and article packaging in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of instrument infection in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion PDCA is effective in the infection management of regional disinfection supply center.
