摘 要:随着矩形顶管在市政交通领域的应用,10m级两车道矩形顶管技术越发成熟,亟需15m级三车道矩形顶管技术的研究与应用推广。本文对嘉兴市快速环线15m级三车道矩形顶管下穿南湖大道工程的设计、施工和监测进行介绍,工程采用一台14.8m×9.4m类矩形盾构机进行南北双线分离式顶进实施,机头采用前6后8多刀盘组合形式,通过设置凹凸榫槽并结合直螺栓增强大断面管节纵向连接整体刚度,加强泥浆减摩、顶力和姿态等多因素控制,施工过程中最大顶推力120000kN,地面最大沉降6cm,实现三车道矩形顶管工艺的新突破。With the application of rectangular pipe jacking in the field of municipal transportation,the 10 m level two lane rectangular pipe jacking technology is becoming more mature.There is an urgent need for the research,application and promotion of 15 m level three lane rectangular pipe jacking technology.This paper introduced the design,construction and monitoring of the project of 15 m class three lane rectangular pipe jacking which passes thing Nanhu avenue of Jiaxing fast ring road.A 14.8 m × 9.4 m type rectangular shield machine carries out north-south double track separated jacking.The machine head adopts the combination form of front 6 and rear 8 cutterheads.By setting tongue-and-grooves and combined with straight bolts,the overall stiffness of the longitudinal connection of large section pipe joints is enhanced,and the multi factor control of mud friction reduction,jacking force and attitude is strengthened.During the construction process,the maximum jacking force is 120000 kN and the maximum ground settlement is 6 cm.And this project makes new breakthrough in the three lane rectangular pipe jacking process.
