摘 要:洛阳龙凤山景区摩天轮吊厢在大风天气下发生360°旋转,基于安全管理角度,分析了吊厢在大风天气条件下360°旋转的产生机理,开展摩天轮吊厢防摆阻尼装置的改进设计与试验分析研究。改进措施是增加防摆调节装置:在尼龙套座上攻螺纹孔,安装调节螺钉。根据力矩平衡原理,对改进后的吊厢防摆阻尼装置阻抗力进行现场检测,并对检测数据进行统计分析。改进后的吊厢防摆阻尼装置的阻尼抗力提了84%,能够有效提升吊厢的防摆动能力,解决了吊厢摆动幅度较大产生的安全隐患问题。该研究成果可用于安装在山区和沿海等大风环境下的摩天轮吊厢的防摆设计,保障摩天轮安全可靠的运行,维护游客生命财产安全。The Ferris Wheel Pod in Longfeng Mountain Scenic Area in Luoyang rotated 360° in windy weather.In this paper,based on the safety management,the mechanism of the 360° rotation of the pod in windy weather was analyzed,and the design improvement and experimental analysis of the anti-swing damping device of the pod were carried out.The improvement measurement was to add an anti-swing adjustment device:tap the threaded hole in the nylon sleeve seat and install the adjustment screw.Then,according to the principle of moment balance,the impedance force of the improved anti-swing damping device was tested,and the test data was statistically analyzed.The damping resistance of the improved anti-swing damping device was increased by84%,which could effectively improve the anti-swing ability of the pod,and solve the safety hazard caused by the large swing of the pod.This research results can be used in the design of anti-sway devices for the ferris wheels installed in mountainous and coastal windy environments to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the ferris wheels and protect the lives and properties of tourists.
