人体组织粘合剂在外科创伤中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨人体组织粘合剂在外科创伤中的临床普及和应用价值。方法 选取2019年09月~2020年09月我院急诊外科就诊的225名患者作为研究对象,按照随机分配的原则将其分为传统缝合组(n=126,失访=17)与组织粘合剂组(n=137,失访=21),比较两组之间的手术时间、伤口愈合等级、术后疤痕、患者满意度等指标。结果 手术时间(组织粘合剂组手术时长≤5min 49例,>5min 67例;缝合组手术时长≤5min 28例,>5min 81例)、术后瘢痕(传统缝合组瘢痕明显的有28例,而组织粘合剂组仅有5例)、患者满意度(对愈合结果满意的组织粘合剂组有113人,而传统缝合组仅有76人)均优于传统缝合组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。然而两组患者在一期愈合例数、愈合等级、愈合时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 在急诊外科创伤的应用中,人体组织粘合剂和传统缝合相比,具有手术时间短、减少术后疤痕、患者满意度和接受度高等优点,值得进一步推广。Objective To explore the clinical application value of human tissue adhesive in surgical trauma.Methods Selected 225 patients who attended the emergency surgery in our hospital from September 2019 to September 2020 as the research objects.According to the principle of random allocation,they were divided into the traditional suture group and the tissue adhesive group,and the operation time between the two groups was compared.,Wound healing grade,postoperative scars,patient satisfaction and other indicators.Results The operation time,postoperative scar,and patient satisfaction in the human tissue adhesive group were better than those in the traditional suture group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion In the application of emergency surgical trauma,compared with traditional sutures,human tissue adhesives have the advantages of shorter operation time,reduced postoperative scars,higher patient satisfaction and acceptance,and are worthy of promotion.
