摘　　要：目的探讨面部皮肤经过1064nm激光联合医用敷料治疗后的疗效评估。方法 选取50例面部皮肤光老化患者进行1064nm激光和医用敷料联合治疗3次(每个月治疗1次),采用云镜分别对面部皮肤浅层斑、深层斑、毛孔数量、平滑度、深层皱纹、浅层皱纹、细纹情况进行术前术后疗效对比分析。结果 与治疗前对比,治疗后面部皮肤的浅层斑、深层斑、毛孔数量、平滑度、深层皱纹、浅层皱纹和细纹均有不同程度改善(P<0.05)。结论 1064nm激光与医用敷料联合治疗面部皮肤光老化有一定程度的作用。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of 1064nm laser combined with medical dressing for facial photoaging.Methods A total of 50 patients with facial photoaging were treated with 1064nm laser and medical dressing for 3 times (once a month).Superficial spots,deep spots,pores number,smoothness,deep wrinkles,shallow wrinkles and fine lines of facial skin were compared and analyzed before and after operation.Results Compared with that before treatment,the superficial spots,pores number,smoothness,deep spots,deep wrinkles,shallow wrinkles and fine lines of the skin after treatment all improved to varying degrees (P < 0.05).Conclusion 1064nm laser combined with medical dressing has a certain effect on facial photoaging.
