Fraxel 1550nm非剥脱点阵激光治疗面部皮肤光老化的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨Fraxel 1550nm非剥脱点阵激光在面部皮肤年轻化治疗中的临床应用。方法采用Fraxel 1550nm非剥脱点阵激光,根据患者面部光老化情况选择具体治疗参数,对70例面部皮肤光老化患者进行治疗。患者每次治疗间隔为6周,共进行3次治疗。治疗前以及治疗结束后1个月,使用VISIA皮肤图像分析仪对患者皮肤进行分析和对比评价,并对不良事件以及满意度进行统计。结果采用VISIA皮肤图像分析仪分析皮肤皱纹、纹理、毛孔,与治疗前比较,经过3次治疗后均有所改善,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗中及治疗术后无皮肤瘢痕及色素脱失等不良事件发生。70例患者治疗后,满意61例,较满意7例,不满意2例,满意度98%。结论 Fraxel 1550nm非剥脱点阵激光对面部皮肤年轻化治疗疗效满意,是一种安全有效的面部皮肤年轻化治疗方式。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Fraxel 1550nm non-ablative fractional laser in facial rejuvenation.Methods A total of 70 patients with facial skin aging were treated with Fraxel 1550nm non-ablative fractional laser according to appropriate parameters selected from the patient’s skin type and aging severity.The interval between each two treatments were 6 weeks,and the course was completed after 3 treatments.Three months after the course,the patient’s skin was analyzed and evaluated using the VISIA skin image analyzer,and satisfaction and adverse events were analyzed.Results After 3 treatments,the skin wrinkles,textures and pores of the patients were improved,and the differences were statistically significant compared with those before treatment (P<0.01).No adverse events such as skin scar and pigment loss occurred during and after treatment.After treatments,61 patients were satisfied,7 were relatively satisfied,and 2 were dissatisfied,with a satisfaction rate of 98%.Conclusion Fraxel 1550nm non-ablative fractional laser has a satisfactory therapeutic effect on facial skin rejuvenation,which is a safe and convenient treatment method for facial skin rejuvenation.
