摘　　要：脉冲染料激光(Pulsed dye laser,PDL)是基于选择性光热作用原理设计的液体激光器,其以氧合血红蛋白为靶组织,是国际上治疗血管性皮肤疾病的一线方法。595nm波长是脉冲染料激光最常用的波长之一,具备长脉宽及表皮冷却技术的595nm脉冲染料激光目前在鲜红斑痣、浅表性血管瘤、毛细血管扩张等皮肤血管性疾病的激光治疗中得到了广泛应用。本文复习了国内外关于595nm脉冲染料激光治疗皮肤血管性疾病的相关文献,就其在皮肤血管性疾病治疗的应用现状及进展进行综述。Pulsed dye laser (PDL) is a liquid laser designed based on the theory of selective photothermolysis.It targets oxyhemoglobin and is the first-line method for the treatment of vascular dermatosis in the world.The 595nm wavelength is one of the most commonly used wavelengths of pulsed dye lasers.Currently,the 595nm pulsed dye laser with long pulse width and epidermal cooling technology has been widely used in the laser treatment of vascular dermatosis such as port wine stains,superficial hemangioma,and telangiectasia.This article reviews the domestic and foreign literature on the treatment of vascular dermatosis with 595nm pulsed dye laser,and summarizes its application status and progress in the treatment of vascular dermatosis.
