少数民族传统体育公共服务满意度研究——以黔东南苗族侗族自治州为例

摘　　要：通过少数民族传统体育公共服务满意度的实证分析发现,在少数民族传统体育公共服务满意度的构成维度中客体质量和主体感知两个变量与其正向相关,客体质量对其影响程度最大,而公众期望与其负相关,对其影响程度最小;少数民族群众对其传统体育活动存在偏好。为此,提出少数民族传统体育公共服务满意度提升的管理建议:一是要重视少数民族传统体育公共服务质量建设,这是公众获得理想健身与体验效果、提升少数民族传统体育公共服务满意度水平的根本;二是要充分尊重少数民族群众的实际诉求和心理期望,推进以人为核心的少数民族传统体育公共服务事业,把人民群众对美好生活的需要落在实处;三是要充分尊重少数民族群众的意愿和偏好,切实重视少数民族传统体育活动的传承与发展,突出体现其传统与特色。Based on empirically study of the degree of satisfaction on public service of traditional sports of ethnic minorities,this study discoveries that among its dimensions,object quality and subject perception respectively are positively correlated with the degree of satisfaction on public service of traditional sports and object quality has the biggest influence on it,but compared with the former ones,public expectation goes reverse and has a much smaller influence. Additionally,it is also found that minority people have preference to their traditional sports activities. Therefore,some suggestions are put forward to increase the satisfaction on public service of traditional sports:(1)the quality construction of the public service of minority traditional sports should be strongly emphasized,which is the basis for minority people to obtain satisfactory fitness effect and upgrade the public service satisfaction of minority traditional sports;(2)the actual and psychological expectations of minority people should be respected fully so that the public services of people-oriented traditional sports could be promoted,and the needs of the people for a better life could be fulfilled;(3)the will and preference of minority people should not be ignored,and the inheritance and development of minority traditional sports activities should be focused,in which their traditions and characteristics could be highlighted.
