高校图书馆书库管理与读者借阅服务思考

摘　　要：为了探索提升高校图书馆书库管理与读者借阅服务的有效方法,深入分析了高校图书馆书库管理人员专业素养有待提升、书库布局存在缺陷、书库书籍取放保管意识不到位、书库排架管理与分类目录存在矛盾这4个问题。最后通过加强对图书馆人员的培训强度、优化图书馆的硬件设施、规范读者借阅行为、营造良好的图书馆书库及阅读环境这4个对策,进一步提升了高校图书馆书库管理的效率,同时也优化了图书馆的读者借阅服务,有助于高校图书馆的持久发展。In order to explore effective ways of the stack management and the book borrowing service in libraries of colleges and universities,this paper deeply analyzes such problems as insufficient professionalism of stack administrators,the defective stack layout,the lack of consciousness of the care of library books and the contradiction between the framed bent management and the classified catalogue.In addition,it puts forward relevant countermeasures like strengthening the training of staff members in libraries,optimizing the hardware facilities in libraries and creating a good environment for the stack and reading.The countermeasures can further enhance the efficiency of stack management and optimize the book borrowing service,which are helpful for sustainable development of libraries in college sand universities.
