摘 要:随着高比例新能源机组并网,电网频率波动加剧,电力系统安全稳定运行面临着严峻的挑战。为了快速消除电网频率偏差,在灵活调度常规火电机组的基础上,合理利用风电机组的有功备用容量,提出一种基于火电—风电机组调节速率的电网自动发电控制(Automatic Generation Control,AGC)指令分配方法。首先,以最短负荷响应时间为目标,考虑火电机组和不同风速下风电机组的调节速率和调节容量约束,建立一种火电和风电机组共同参与电网AGC指令的分配模型;然后,采用拉格朗日乘子法求解确定了一种基于机组调节速率的电网AGC指令分配方法;最后,基于火电机组—风电场的单区域电网模型,通过仿真案例与现有方法对比,验证所提方法的有效性。With the high proportion of new energy units connected to the grid,the frequency fluctuation of the power grid intensifies,and the safe and stable operation of the power system is facing severe challenges.In order to quickly eliminate the frequency deviation of power grid and make rational use of the active reserve capacity of wind turbine on the basis of flexible dispatching of conventional thermal power units,a command allocation method of power grid automatic generation control(AGC)based on thermal power wind turbine ramp rate was proposed.Firstly,an allocation model of thermal power and wind turbines participating in AGC command was established aiming at the shortest load response time and considering the ramp rate and regulation capacity constraints of thermal power units and wind turbines under different wind speeds.Then,the Lagrange multiplier method was used to determine a AGC command allocation method based on unit ramp rate.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed method was verified by comparing the simulation case with the existing methods based on the single area power grid model of thermal power unit wind farm.
