摘  要:某300 MW机组在大修后启动过程中,因汽轮机临界转速区轴系振动严重超标,无法投入正常运行。该类型振动故障在机组启动过程中具有一定的代表性,研究了该异常振动故障的诊断过程以及消除振动的方法。首先通过对异常振动数据的分析,结合机组检修数据的分析,找出异常振动的原因;然后运用现场高速动平衡试验减小转子质量不平衡,并且采取适合该机组的运行控制方式避免动静碰磨,最终消除异常振动故障。试验证明研究方法是有效的,可应用于同类型振动故障的诊断与消除。During the start-up of a 300 MW unit after overhaul,the unit could not operate normally because the shafting vibration in the critical speed zone of the steam turbine seriously exceeded the standard. The diagnosis process and elimination method of the abnormal vibration fault,which has a certain representativeness in the unit startup process,have been studied. First,through the analysis of abnormal vibration data and unit maintenance data,the causes of abnormal vibration were found out. Then the onsite high-speed dynamic balance test was used to reduce the rotor mass imbalance,and the operation control mode suitable for the unit was adopted to avoid rubbing. Finally,the abnormal vibration fault was successfully eliminated. The experiments show that the research methods are effective and can be applied to the diagnosis and elimination of the same type of vibration faults.
