老龄化背景下首都核心区避难场所布局优化研究——以北京天宁寺地区为例

摘　　要：随着我国城市化进程加快,功能混杂、人口稠密的首都核心区避难空间规划问题得以重视,但以往的研究缺少对老年人等特定群体的针对性关注。为提升老年群体的灾时生命安全保障,以提升首都核心区避难场所的适老化功能、优化防灾空间布局为目标,从防灾空间布局、老龄化社会特征、城市存量更新等方面提出避难场所布局优化策略,并以北京天宁寺地区为例对避难场所布局进行优化设计,以期为优化首都核心区避难场所布局提供思路。With the acceleration of urbanization in China,the asylum space planning in the core area of the capital with mixed functions and dense population has been paid attention to,but the previous studies lack targeted attention to specific groups such as the elderly.In order to improve the life safety guarantee of the elderly group during disasters,promote the aging function of shelters in the core area of the capital and optimize the layout of disaster prevention space,the shelters layout optimization strategy is put forward from the aspects of disaster prevention space layout,aging social characteristics,urban stock renewal and so on,and the layout of shelters is optimized by taking Beijing Tianningsi area as an example in order to provide ideas for optimizing the layout of shelters in the core area of the capital.
