摘 要:高电压增益已成为多电平逆变器接入低压光伏系统的重要特性。文章提出一种9阶开关电容升压式多电平逆变器(9-Level Switched Capacitor-Boost Multi-levle Inverter, 9L-SC-BMLI)。9L-SC-BMLI拓扑仅用12个功率器件和1个开关电容单元,便可实现9种不同的阶梯电压,并具有两倍的电压增益,无需任何辅助电路,浮动电容的电压即可保持自平衡。此外,所提拓扑具有开关器件少、电压应力低、无需H桥即可实现输出电压的双极性等特点。文章采用同相层叠脉宽调制技术(Phasedisposition Pulse Width Modulation Technique,PDPWM)对9L-SC-BMLI进行调制,并且提供了详细的实验分析。最后,通过在不同实验环境下的仿真和实验结果,验证了9L-SC-BMLI拓扑的可行性和理论分析的正确性。High voltage gain has become an important feature of multi-level inverters connected to low-voltage photovoltaic systems. In view of this, a 9-level switched-capacitor boost multilevle inverter(9 L-SC-BMLI) is proposed. The proposed 9L-SC-BMLI topology uses only 10 power devices and 1 switched capacitor unit to achieve 9 different voltage states, and has twice the voltage gain, without any auxiliary circuit, the voltage of the floating capacitor is enough maintain self-balance. In addition, the proposed topology has the characteristics of fewer switching tubes,low voltage stress, and the bipolar output voltage can be realized without an H-bridge. This article adopts the phase disposition pulse width modulation technique(PD-PWM) to modulate the 9LSC-BMLI, and provides a detailed comparison experiment. Finally, the feasibility of the proposed 9L-SC-BMLI topology and the correctness of the theoretical analysis are verified through simulation and experimental results in different experimental environments.
