早产低出生体重儿781例相关危险因素分析

摘　　要：目的分析北京市大兴区人民医院早产低出生体重儿的危险因素,为制定控制低出生体重儿发生的干预措施、降低其发生率、完成既定发展规划及提高出生人口素质提供基础数据。方法通过医院电子信息系统进行资料收集,选取2018年1月至2021年1月于北京市大兴区人民医院住院并早产分娩低出生体重儿的781例产妇作为研究对象,回顾性分析其临床资料,探讨影响早产低出生体重儿的危险因素。结果产次、产前检查、双胎妊娠、辅助生殖受孕、脐带因素、羊水过少、妊娠期高血压、高龄(年龄≥35岁)、新生儿性别与早产低出生体重儿的发生有关(P<0.05)。结论产前检查、双胎妊娠、辅助生殖受孕、脐带因素、羊水过少、妊娠期高血压、高龄、新生儿性别与早产低出生体重的发生有关。Objective To explore the risk factors of preterm low birth weight infant(LBWI)during pregnancy in Beijing Daxing District People’s Hospital,and to provide basic data for interventions controlling LBWI,reducing it’s incidence and improving the quality of the birth population.Method The researchers collected data through the hospital electronic information system,and selected 781 pregnant women of low birth weight infants hospitalized in Beijing Daxing District People’s Hospital from January 2018 to January 2021 as the research object.A regression cohort study was used to analyze the incidence of low birth weight infants and the influence of different factors on the incidence of low birth weight infants.Multiple factors logistic were used to analyze the risk factors of low birth weight infants.Result Production time,prenatal tests,twin pregnancy,assisted reproduction,umbilical cord factor,oligohydramnios,hypertension during pregnancy,advanced maternal age,the sex of the newborn associated with the occurrence of preterm low birth weight(P<0.05).Conclusion Low birth weight of newborns is related to perinatal conditions.Prenatal tests,twin pregnancy,assisted reproduction,umbilical cord factor,oligohydramnios,gestational hypertension,older pregnant women,the sex of the newborn are associated with the occurrence of low preterm birth weight.
