深圳工业用地高质量管理的模式、原因与启示

摘　　要：深圳作为改革开放的试验田,在体制机制改革中发挥了引领示范作用,其工业增加值居全国前列,这与其工业用地高质量管理密切相关。然而,深圳工业用地高质量管理不是一蹴而就的,而是随着城市发展与工业发展不断转型和调整的结果。文章梳理了深圳工业用地管理变迁的历程,分析了工业用地高质量管理形成的背景,深入剖析了工业用地高质量管理的模式及形成的原因,在此基础上总结深圳工业用地高质量管理的经验,以期为各地工业用地高质量管理提供借鉴。Shenzhen has played a leading role in institutional reform as the experimental city in China’s early reform and opening up.Shenzhen ranks high its industrial added value nationwide,which is attributed to its high-quality management of industrial land in the continuous exploration and adjustment since it became a special economic zone.The paper reviews the evolution of industrial land management,analyzes the underlying reasons and models of high-quality management,and concludes its experience for other cities.
