摘  要:针对仓储物流的环节中,叉车由于操作失误撞击货架。基于结构动力学基本原理,建立了高精度叉车-货架碰撞有限元模型,采用ANSYS/LS-DYNA计算模块,对叉车撞击高位货架过程进行全过程模拟,并分析了叉车不同参数对该货架动态响应及损伤的影响。结果显示:高位货架区域叉车速度控制在3 km/h时,相比国家现行规范所允许的速度更安全;冲击荷载作用下对抵御高位货架整体变形起到了重要作用的货架构件是货架斜拉;撞击方向对货架损伤以及倒塌有明显影响,叉车沿X向撞击货架造成的后果比沿Y向撞击货架严重。In the process of warehousing and logistics,forklifts hit shelves due to misoperation.Based on the basic principle of structural dynamics,this paper establishes a high-precision finite element model of forklift shelf collision,and uses ANSYS/LS-DYNA calculation module to simulate the whole process of forklift impacting the high shelf,and analyzes the influence of different forklift parameters on the dynamic response and damage of the shelf.The results show that:1.The current national standard stipulates that the maximum speed of forklift is not safe in the high shelf area,and the speed of forklift in the high shelf area should be controlled at 3 km/h.2.Under the impact load,the cable-stayed shelf plays an important role in resisting the overall deformation of the high shelf.3.The impact direction has a significant impact on the damage and collapse of the shelf,and the impact of forklift along the X direction is more serious than that along the Y direction.
